By submitting a registration inquiry, accessing any page of our website, or participating in any Apex World Spell Bee event, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are a parent/guardian submitting on behalf of a minor
• You have the legal authority to bind yourself (or the organization/school you represent) to these Terms
• You have read and understood our Privacy Policy

Apex World Spell Bee is an educational spelling competition program designed for students in Grades 1–10 across participating states in India. Our services include:

• Online registration and inquiry processing for schools, parents, and affiliates
• Organization and conduct of multi-level spelling competitions (School → State → National)
• Distribution of preparatory materials and exam booklets
• Administrative communications regarding event updates and results

Registration through our website constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee participation. Final participation is subject to:

• Verification and approval by our administrative team
• Payment of the applicable registration fee (₹200 per student)
• The student being enrolled in Grades 1–10 at a recognized institution
• Compliance with all competition rules and guidelines

The participation fee for the Apex World Spell Bee is ₹200 per student. This fee covers:

• Enrolment and registration processing
• Preparatory booklet and study materials
• Exam administration and evaluation costs

Fee amounts are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation of registration.

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or provide false identity information
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin panels, or databases
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the website or its infrastructure

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
